• Manolis was a great host, providing us with complimentary food, water, coffee etc. on our arrival. The apartment is very comfortable, very quiet location, but still quite close to the center of Chios town. Definitely recommendable!

Perfect place to stay!
• The owner of the appartement sent me a couple of hours before arriving an e-mail with some details. When I arrived, everyting was perfect arranged. A nice appartement, complete with everything you need. The appartement is very close to the centre of the city and to the beach. Parking was possible near the house. Even in the fridge was something to drink. Also the breakfast next morning was very good. So a very complete appartement for a nice price.
• My advise would be to place some small lamps in the appartement. Now there are only the lamps in the ceiling. There were candles in the room, so no problem at all to make it a good atmosphere.

We stayed for 6 nights and everything was perfect. The apartments are new, well decorated and quiet. A big plus for the supplies in the fridge that were waiting for us when we arrived.

Ομορφος χώρος... Πλήρως εξοπλισμένος. Έχει ότι χρειαστείς. Πολύ κοντά στο κέντρο της πόλης. Αξίζει πραγματικά.

Πολύ καλά και καθαρά !!!! Κοντά στο κέντρο της Χίου. Άνετα με πλήρη εξοπλισμό και τα πρώτα είδη όπως ροφήματα και κάποια φαγώσιμα να υπάρχουν στο διαμέρισμα. !!!!Το συνιστώ χωρίς δεύτερη σκέψη. !!!

• Όλα ήταν άψογα...το κατάλυμα βρίσκεται σε μια πολύ ησυχη και όμορφη τοποθεσία παρά πολύ κοντά στην πολύ...το δωμάτιο ήταν εξαιρετικό και από θέμα καθαριότητας και διακόσμησης αλλά και πλήρως εξοπλισμένο με ότι χρειάζεται κάνεις για να μείνει μόνιμα κι όχι μόνο για λίγες μέρες...Ο ιδιοκτήτης κορυφαίος μας εξυπηρέτησε σε ότι κι αν χρειαστήκαμε και μας είχε και διαφορά καλούδια στο ψυγείο χωρίς χρέωση κάτι που μας έλυσε τα χέρια για τις πρώτες μέρες στο νησί!! Το συστήνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα και εννοείται θα ξαναπάμε όσο το δυνατόν συντομότερα..

• Ev tüm ihtiyaçları karşılıyor.. Kahvaltı ücrete dahil değil ama gittiğimizde tost ekmeği dahil tüm kahvaltılık malzemeleri buzdolabında hazır bulduk . Ayrıca her sabah tepsilerle kek , börek getirdiler. Herşey yepyeni ve tertemiz..

A beautiful and serene place to stay on a beautiful and serene island.
• It was very quiet and serene. It was easy to get wherever we wanted although you did need to rent a vehicle. I love Chios not because my family is from there but because it is a true picture of what Greek life really is like. Mastiha Villas was the epitome of that.
• I really liked everything about this property. So I can't say anything negative.

• One of the most beautiful villas in Chios for family vacations. The villa is fully equipped with small appliances and has all the space for childrens playing. also has a wonderful garden for relaxing in evening after a full day. A lot of thanks for your hospitality.

• My host's offering pie-borek with sincere feelings. Almost a private pool. Adequate garden, with mastic trees. Quiet and tranquil environment. Close enough to reach town centre and/or taverns nearby.

perfect family vacay
• We really liked the location and our host was amazing. Villa we stayed in was clean and got all the stuff you will need . Traveled there with a year old and didnt have any problem, having a pool helped a lot to have fun times. and We ll go back there again.

Fantastic break in a peaceful setting, highly recommend.
• Idyllic setting in peaceful countryside with wonderful views. The villa appears quite new, in pristine condition with new towels, bed linen, furniture etc.

• Manolis was a great host, he arranged for a rental car when no agencies had any left, had shopped for breakfast, brought fresh lokoumades in the morning, the villa was very clean and had everything needed

• Ulaşım için araba gerekli sadece. Taksi ile de gidilebilir fakat şehir yürümek için biraz uzak sayılır. Yollar gece tenha.

• - Oncelikle tesis sahibi bay Manolis cok misafirperver ve eger ozel bir arzunuz var ise sormaniz kafi. - Yeni bir tesis ve icerideki her malzeme cok temiz. - Villadaki hersey konakyanin ihtiyaclarini karsilayacak sekilde tasarlanmis kendinizi evinizde hissedebilirsiiz. - Benim gibi 3 cocukla beraber konaklayabilecegiz ve cocuklar ile vakit gecirip eglenebilecegiz mukemmel bir yer. - Ada buyuk olmasada bir cok tavsiye edilen lokasyonlara yakin ornegin Emperios, Pirgi, Mesta. - Mevcut ortamdan dolayi sahile/plaja bile gitme istegi bile olusmuyor gormek istedigimiz yerlerden sonra geri donup havuz da cocuklarla eglenmek / vakit gecirmek cok guzeldi. - Yanliz arac kiralamaniz sart oldugunu unutmayin baska sekilde rahat ulasilabilecek bir lokasyon degil.

Dinlenmek ve denizden faydalanmak için güzel bir tatil seçeneği.
• Deniz manzarası özellikle akşam saatlerinde çok güzel. Tesis yeni açılmış, rahat, temiz, gerekli konfora sahip. Mutfakta, kalanları memnun edecek türden ikramların ilk etapta hazır olması ince bir düşünceydi. Bu arada 5 dakika uzaklıktaki komşu köyün marketinden gerekli herşey alınabiliyor. Tesis şehir merkezine araba ile 20 dakika uzaklıkta, 2 dakika mesafede ise güzel bir plaj var. Komi sahiline ise 20 dakika uzaklıkta. Birçok güzel sahil, restaurant ve köye ulaşmak için araç kiralamak gerekli. Ev sahibimiz ve ailesinin sıcak ve konuksever yaklaşımları çok memnun ediciydi. Tekrar gitmek istiyoruz.
